About the Venue
Adam Wright started trading from his stall on Bury St Edmunds market selling his signature posh cheese toasties and healthy salad selection in November 2018. Within a year Adam and the team opened their first bricks and mortar premises in the town centre amongst all the other independent retailers.
The range has now expanded and the shop sells a range of cakes and sweet treats, speciality coffee from industry leaders Monmouth Coffee, a light seasonal brunch menu and holds regular event evenings; alongside the signature posh cheese toasties and healthy salad selection.
