The Bus Station public toilets include male, female, family units (baby changing and toilet facilities), and accessible toilets. The public toilet at Ram Meadow include male, female, Baby changing, and accessible toilets.

There are also public toilets situated at The arc Shopping Centre, just off Hanchet Square. The arc's customer toilets were awarded the ‘Platinum Plus’ standard in the 2024 Loo of the Year Awards, as well as the Washroom Cleaner of the Year Award.

Their male toilets also have incontinence disposal facilities. This is a Changing Places toilet (Radar key / powered hoist access).
