Bury Town Football Club play at Ram Meadow on Cotton Lane in Bury St Edmunds. Founded it 1872, Bury Town is one of the oldest Football Club's in the country.
One of the 11 founder members of the Suffolk County Football Association in 1885, the club played in various local leagues until 1935 when it became a founder member of the Eastern Counties League.
In 1968 the club reached the First Round Proper of the FA Cup, and in 1978 moved to their current Ram Meadow ground.
The FA re-organisation in 2008 saw Bury moved into the Southern League for a third spell of membership before entering the Premier Division for the first time in the clubs history in 2010-2011.
