A recently refurbished modern 2-bedroom holiday flat in a large and characterful Edwardian house a mile from the centre of Bury St Edmunds. The house is located in a secluded, private, suburban location, just 10 minutes' walk from the railway station and Tesco's superstore.
The main part of the house is currently occupied by the owners, while the flat has a separate entrance accessed via an external staircase to the first floor. During the summer, guests are welcome to use the patio and back garden.
The flat is comfortable and spacious, with two large bedrooms with king-size beds (and the option for an additional folding bed in one room).
There is a sitting room/kitchenette with fridge, multi-function microwave/air fryer, electric hob, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The sitting room area has a smart TV, sofa, armchair, and dining area. There is a large modern shared bathroom with an excellent shower. Open for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
