About this event

Travel back to the 9th century as we welcome Bjarnarfolk, a Viking re-enactment group, to West Stow for the very first time.

Bjarnarfolk brings a fresh perspective, giving visitors the opportunity to meet a new re-enactment group, discover a different interpretation of Viking life, and enjoy even more immersive living history experiences.

As a smaller group, the number of members and activities may vary throughout the weekend. Admission is at our standard museum entry prices.

Parking fee - £3 all day
Much of the site is outdoors, please dress accordingly
No Dogs permitted in the village (Assistance dogs only)
Children age 14 & under must be accompanied by an adult over 18
No food or drinks permitted in the Saxon Village or Museum (except water)

Tickets: Adult £7.50, Child £4.50 (under 5's free). Other concessions £6.50. Family ticket £23.
