Bury St Edmunds Half Marathon

Lace up your running shoes for the inaugural Bury St Edmunds Half Marathon, a brand-new event from AMOKathletics, taking place on Sunday 18th October.

Whether you’re aiming for a new personal best, taking on your very first half marathon or simply looking for a fantastic day out, this friendly community event promises a memorable experience for runners of all abilities. Organised by AMOKathletics, the event is all about getting outdoors and celebrating Suffolk countryside running. (Bury St Edmunds Half Marathon)

The race starts and finishes at Abbeycroft's Skyliner Centre and will bring together hundreds of runners from across the region, with local supporters creating a brilliant atmosphere along the route. After crossing the finish line, why not make a day of it by exploring the selection of local Bury St Edmunds’ food and drink vendors, even a sauna and a DJ.

The event is also supporting My WiSH Charity, helping to raise funds for the Cancer Unit at West Suffolk Hospital, giving runners the opportunity to make every mile count for a great local cause.
