Festive Market

The festive Wavy market is packed with good vibes, great stalls and cracking food and drink

About this event

The Wavy Markets team are back with their second event held in collaboration with Folk Suffolk, at Folk Café just outside of Bury St Edmunds, on Sunday 1st December.

Specialising in carefully curated, super cool, small market events that champion local makers, indie brands and artists every Wavy market is packed with good vibes, great stalls and cracking food and drink. As usual, the tunes will be on – though interspersed with live music from The Jazz Buskers.

While the Folk kitchen is closed for the day, food will be provided from Cambridgeshire-based Parkers Deli, who will be bringing delicious deli-style sandwiches and sides plus hot, fresh woodfired sourdough pizzas by Dom of Suffolk-based Biddles Bread. If you’re after a drink or something sweet, the Folk team will be running counter service on hot drinks, booze from their bar, mulled wine, and cakes and mince pies.

With stalls selling everything from beautiful jewellery, handmade chocolates, artwork, textiles, locally brewed beer, winter bulbs and houseplants, accessories, bags, vintage and homeware to ecofriendly kid’s toys, vegan natural skincare and hand-poured candles this is going to be the place for finding unique Christmas gifts.

The market event is on from 10am-3pm and is free to enter. There is plenty of free car parking available at the main Fornham Business Court car park, and to the rear of Folk Café. Folk is an accessible and dog-friendly venue.
