In association with Heritage Open Days, Borley Church throws open its doors for visitors to explore its rich history.
Perched atop a hill and set in a graveyard with 15 finely topiaried yes trees, this ancient building has unparalleled views across the Stour valley contryside, with glimpses of Long Melford, Lavenham and Liston Churches.
Guided tours will provide visitors with an insight into the use of this Grade 1 Listed rural church which dates back to medieval times, with evidence of construction in the 1000s.
Tea and cake will be served 10am-4pm
There is parking behind the church on the edge of the field, although there is some hardstanding for disabled parking.

For the first time in many years the church will be open through the summer months.
