Right in the heart of Bury St Edmunds town centre, everything is just a step from the hotel. Overlooking the Abbey Gardens and St Edmundsbury Cathedral, The Angel is ideally placed for a weekend exploring the town with your pooch.
There are 10 dog-friendly rooms and your furry friend will be treated just as well as you, as the room comes furnished with dog bowls and toys. You can also dine with your furry friend in the comfortable lounge. You can also leave your dog snoozing in your room while you dine in The Eaterie. Alternatively, treat yourself and order room service. If your dog is lucky, they might even get a breakfast sausage, too.
Dog stays cost £15 for the first night, then £5 for each additional evening.

Kettles Farm Glamping sit in a tranquil location surrounded by grass and farmland overlooking our fishing lake on the outskirts of the Suffolk village of Rattlesden.
It is a great base for walking, cycling, fishing and visiting the historic towns and villages within the surrounding area. The pods are fully equipped, insulated with heating, running water and electric. The 3 larger pods also have their own toilet and wash basin.
There is a spacious toilet and shower block. All you need to bring along is food, drinks, personal washing items, charcoal for the barbeques and fishing equipment if you wish to fish for carp, roach and rudd.

Best Western Priory Hotel

The Ickworth

Stay in the stunning surroundings of The Ickworth hotel and dogs will love exploring the 1,800 acre estate. Wander through the gardens for a relaxing stroll or pick up a map from the reception and head out for an adventure with your loyal friend.
You needn't miss out on some of the experiences on offer too, as dogs are allowed to join you in the lounge where you can sit by the fire and enjoy afternoon tea. Set within 7 acres of secluded and tranquil Suffolk countryside just outside Bury St. Edmunds, Ravenwood Hall Hotel is perfect for a stay with man's best friend.

Dogs are welcome to join you in both the lounge at The Swan at Lavenham Hotel & Spa, where you can sit in front of a roaring fire or on warmer days, find a seat in the Airmen's Bar, where dogs can cool down on the original brick floor and refresh themselves with a bowl of water as you sip on something a little stronger, and in a glass!
If you would like to spend a few days in the idyllic Suffolk village, then you can book one of the dog-friendly bedrooms. During your stay, you can enjoy a meal in the Airmen's Bar, the garden or in the comfort of your own room.
