Vote for Bury St Edmunds in the Dog Friendly UK Awards 2025
Vote for Bury St Edmunds now!

In 2024 we took home the award for the UK's Most Dog Friendly Town in the National Dog Friendly Awards, can we do it again in 2025? We need your help - vote for Bury St Edmunds!
Bury St Edmunds and surrounding towns and villages are the ideal place to enjoy a short break or holiday with every member of the family - including the furry variety!
The historic town has dog friendly places to stay, dog friendly cafes, and dog friendly parks and attractions and with its Dog Friendly Bury St Edmunds window sticker and bowl scheme it's easy to identify where you can bring your four-legged pal. There's Dog Friendly Tours, Dog Friendly cinema screenings and even a Dogs of the Cathedral Calendar at St Edmundsbury Cathedral.
Dog Friendly businesses in the town centre are also marked with a blue paw on the Our Bury St Edmunds BID Town Map.
There is a Dog-Friendly Charter created for businesses and dog owners which provides advice and guidance on how to get the most from the scheme and operate safely.
The DogFriendly Awards are an opportunity to recognise and reward dog friendly places and pet businesses that go the extra mile for the benefit of the UK’s 12.5 million dogs and their owners. Winners of the DogFriendly Awards in each of the categories are chosen by public vote.
The 2025 Awards opened on 1st August and will close on 12th October (lasting 10 weeks). The winners will be announced at a ceremony in late November at a London location.
How to Vote
It couldn't be simpler to vote just visit our listing on the Dog Friendly Magazine website and click on 'Vote for Award' and then follow the instructions.
It is free to vote, you don't have to give a review (but we'd love it if you did).
