Bury St Edmunds is proud to host Suffolk Day 2026, with a full day of celebrations on Sunday 21 June showcasing Suffolk’s food, heritage, music and community.
🌾 Suffolk Farmers & Craft Market
📍 Angel Hill
🕙 10:00am – 5:00pm
Browse over 30 Suffolk traders including farmers, growers, brewers, chefs, crafters and independent makers.
🎪 Suffolk Community Day
📍 Abbey Gardens
🕚 11:00am – 4:00pm
A free family-friendly celebration featuring:
• Live music and performances
• Anglo-Saxon re-enactments
• Morris dancing
• Mini scarecrow making with Crafty Foxes
• Abbeycroft climbing wall
• Heritage talks and local organisation stalls
• Food, refreshments and family activities
🔔 A quarter peal of bells will be rung for Suffolk Day!

An uplifting evening of music, song and spoken word featuring local and acclaimed Suffolk artists, raising funds for Suffolk Community Foundation.
Come along and celebrate everything that makes Suffolk special – food, history, culture, community and creativity.
